These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and all bookings made with Atropat Hotel. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Reservations & Payments
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking.
- Prices are listed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Atropat Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or incomplete payment.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM noon
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur one night’s room charge.
- In case of no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage unless items are deposited in the hotel’s safe.
- Guests must treat hotel property with care. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violation of local laws will result in immediate eviction without refund.
6. Liability
- Atropat Hotel will not be held liable for:
- Any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage incurred during your stay, unless caused by proven negligence of the hotel.
- Interruptions in services (such as electricity, water, internet) due to external factors beyond the hotel’s control.
7. Website & Content
- All website content, including text, images, and pricing, is provided in good faith.
- Atropat Hotel reserves the right to update or modify website content without prior notice.
8. Privacy Policy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku.
